By using Pixel Flower, you agree to the privacy practices described below.
Pixel Flower stores your flower progress, collection, and app preferences locally on your device (in UserDefaults). We do not collect or process any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The app does not require you to create an account.
If you enable iCloud sync, your game data is stored in your own personal iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. This data belongs to you and is encrypted by Apple. We, as the developer, have no access to it. You can manage this data on your iPhone or iPad under Settings > iCloud.
In-app purchases are handled entirely through Apple's App Store infrastructure (StoreKit 2). Your payment details are processed by Apple; we never collect, see, or store any payment or credit card information. Refund requests are managed by Apple.
Pixel Flower shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. When you choose to watch an ad, AdMob may collect device and usage information to deliver and measure ads. We serve non-personalized ads and do not track you across other companies' apps and websites; the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. For users in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) governs how ad data is used. Google's advertising practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand anonymous, aggregate usage and to receive crash diagnostics that help us improve the app. TelemetryDeck does not collect personal identifiers, and the data is not linked to your identity or used to track you. Pixel Flower uses local notifications only (for example, reminders to water your flower). These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and no data is sent to an external server. No push-notification server is used.
Pixel Flower is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The app does not require any personal information and its content is safe for all ages.
When you remove the app from your device, all local data is deleted. To delete data stored in iCloud, go to Settings > iCloud > Manage Storage and remove Pixel Flower's data.
